Beauty Blush Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty Blush.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from our website.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional periods, holidays, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Beauty Blush uses Aramex Store to Door for deliveries within South Africa.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 8–11 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Certain remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS where available.


3. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • customs processing,
  • high shipping volumes,
  • strikes,
  • public holidays,
  • supplier delays,
  • incorrect customer information.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Beauty Blush shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

However, nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

Beauty Blush will not be responsible for failed deliveries, lost parcels, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information:

  • additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment,
  • original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Beauty Blush reserves the right to allow the courier reasonable time to complete an investigation before issuing any replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Confirmation

A parcel may be considered delivered once:

  • signed for at the delivery address,
  • marked as delivered by the courier,
  • delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Beauty Blush cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation.
